The Itbuilders Cash App is a mobile lending tool
designed to
help Philippine users obtain short-term financial support quickly. The entire process from
registration,
identity verification, credit assessment, loan application, to disbursement and repayment can be
completed within the App. Our goal is to make the lending process simple, transparent, and
efficient.
When you register an account or apply for a loan, you
need
to provide us with the following information:
- Your basic identity information, including full name,
date
of birth, and gender.
- Information from government-issued identification
documents you provide (e.g., passport, driver's license, SSS, UMID, or PhilSys ID).
- Your contact details, including mobile number, email
address, and residential address.
- Your financial information, such as bank account
number,
e-wallet account number (GCash, PayMaya, etc.).
- Payday-related information you fill in.
When you use the App, the system automatically records
the
following information:
- Device information, including device model, operating
system, device identifiers (IMEI/Android ID/IP address).
- Usage logs, including your operation records, browsing
behavior, and click trails within the App.
- Crash reports, where technical data is recorded when
the
App encounters exceptions.
- Location information, if you authorize us, we collect
approximate location for risk assessment purposes.
With your explicit consent, we may perform the

- Access your contacts to set up emergency contacts,
limited
only to contacts you actively select.
- Use the camera to take photos of identification
documents
and perform facial liveness detection to verify your identity authenticity.

collect anonymized device identifiers and interaction event data.
- Liveness Detection SDK: used for facial recognition
and
liveness verification to ensure that it is you personally applying for the loan. This SDK only
temporarily processes facial images and does not store any biometric information after verification
is
complete.
We require all SDK providers to strictly comply with
relevant data protection laws and regulations.
VIII. Your Rights Regarding Personal
Information
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the
following multiple rights:
- Right to be Informed: the right to know how your
information is processed.
- Right of Access: the right to view what information we
have collected about you.
- Right to Rectification: the right to correct
inaccurate or
outdated information.
- Right to Erasure: the right to request deletion of
your
information under eligible conditions.

You have the right to delete your Itbuilders Cash
account at
any time.
Deletion can be done through either of the following two
methods:
Method 1: Within the App, go to [Settings] ->
[Account
Security] -> [Delete Account] and follow the prompts to complete the process.
Method 2: Send an email to

requesting deletion, and indicate your registered mobile number in the email.
Please pay special attention: You must settle all loan
principal, interest, and fees before you can delete your account. The deletion operation is
irreversible.
Itbuilders Cash is intended only for users aged 18 and
above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you discover that a minor has
provided us
with information without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete the relevant data
immediately.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
The
updated version will be published within the App with a new date. In case of material changes, we
will
notify you in advance via pop-up or email. Continued use of the services after the changes take
effect
signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
